What is your Shipping Policy?
Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Pickup from our warehouse is permitted with advance notice. We do not ship to Domestic PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, or Puerto Rico. International orders (including Canada) orders are shipped via USPS Mail with tracking and insurance. Duties, VAT, taxes and brokerage fees are paid by DTX International. Please note, we cannot ship to International/Canadian PO boxes.

Yes- additional postage fees may be necessary.
What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love every item you buy from Discount Tommy. We have been serving customers since 1999, and your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If there is anything we can do to help you avoid returning an item, please contact us to let us know how we can help
DTX International’s 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee assures customers they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused products in original factory condition within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing, insuring, and returning the item in "new" condition--used products will not be accepted without approval. Discount Tommy will replace the item with an identical item, issue a full store credit for the value of the item, or issue a refund for the value of the item. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the authorization (RMA#) and customer email address clearly printed on the outside of the package.
Product Damage/Wrong Item Received:
If your purchase has been damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item, a claim will be filed, the product will be returned to us, and a replacement will be shipped at our expense. Please contact us via email at email@example.com or call us at (800) 665-0728 within 30 days of date of purchase to submit a claim for a complete replacement unit, replacement parts, or full refund of purchase price. Please note, DTX International may require pictures or video of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund.
How do I receive an RMA?
To request a return, please send call 1-800-665-0728 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request an RMA. After you have requested your RMA, you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) with your RMA number and our returns center address.
Please note that all returns must be pre-approved and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number--unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery--NO Exceptions.
